Bob Sanders is an accredited civil mediator and has successfully resolved many contentious litigation matters in a manner which has avoided further expense, delay, risk and emotional distress. Other members of the firm have participated in literally hundreds of mediations and arbitrations running the full gamut of disputes, both before and after formal litigation was commenced.

The new offices of the firm were designed to be uniquely suited for mediation and other ADR conferences. In addition to four complete conference rooms, as well as additional meeting areas, the firm also provides all necessary amenities for settlement conferences to promote the best prospect for successful resolution.
