Jason G. Ward began practicing law as an associate with Sanders Pianowski, LLP in 1997. He graduated from Indiana University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Psychology and received his Juris Doctorate degree in 1997 from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. His practice is concentrated in Business Planning, Creditors' Rights, Estate Planning, Mergers and Acquisitions and Real Estate.
Jason is licensed to practice law in Indiana and Michigan and also before the United States District Courts, Northern and Southern Districts. Jason is also a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, the Michigan State Bar Association, and the Elkhart City Bar Association (Secretary, 1998).
Since his association with the firm, Jason has participated in the pro bono program for Legal Services of Northern Indiana. Jason currently serves as President and a Member of the Board of Directors of Trillium Land Conservancy as well as is active in various other charitable organizations and programs in Elkhart County. Jason previously served as Vice President and a Member of the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of Elkhart County, as Legal Counsel and a Member of the Board of Directors of Downtown Elkhart and as a governor appointed Member of the Indiana Solid Waste Management Board.
Jason, his wife Stephenie, and their daughter, Maria, enjoy traveling and other outdoor activities.
