Brad joined Sanders Pianowski, LLP as an associate attorney in October of 2008. He graduated with high distinction from Indiana University-South Bend in May of 2004, having earned a B.G.S. degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences, with minors in Psychology and Criminal Justice. Brad earned his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the Valparaiso University School of Law in May of 2008.

While in law school, Brad was the 2007-08 recipient of the Scribes Award as a published notewriter for the Valparaiso University Law Review. Additionally, Brad served as Chief Justice of the Valparaiso University Moot Court Society and was a competitor in numerous moot court competitions, including the Luther M. Swygert Memorial Moot Court Competition, in which he was a finalist; the Herbert Wechsler National Criminal Law Moot Court Competition in Buffalo, N.Y.; and the Luke C. Moore National Civil Rights Moot Court Competition in Washington, D.C. During law school, Brad also served as a law clerk for the Office of the Elkhart County Prosecuting Attorney.

Brad is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of Indiana and the State of Michigan. Brad also is licensed to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana and the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan.

Brad is a member of the American Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, the Michigan State Bar Association, and the Elkhart City Bar Association. Brad also is a licensed private pilot.

Brad and his wife, Jennifer, along with their puppy, Coal, are life-long residents of Elkhart County.
