Brian joined the firm in April of 2011.  Brian was previously a partner in a large law firm for over thirteen years, and gained approximately 23 years of legal experience focusing on Federal and State Tax issues and disputes, Trust and Estate Planning and Administration, Business law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Real Estate matters, and Employee Benefit matters including qualified retirement plans and non-qualified executive compensation.  At Sanders Pianowski LLP Brian is concentrating his practice in Estate Planning and Administration, Business Law, Real Estate, and Mergers and Acquisitions. Brian is a frequent speaker on estate planning, business, and tax law matters.

Brian received a B.S. degree in marketing from the School of Business at Indiana University- Bloomington and his JD degree from Valparaiso University. Brian is a member of the Indiana State and Elkhart City Bar Associations and the Estate Planning Council of Elkhart County. He is admitted to practice in Indiana, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana and the US Tax Court.

Brian currently is active in Concord Rotary (also a Past President) and was 2016 Chairman of the Elkhart Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. Brian is married and has three children and eight grandchildren.
