Mitchell joined Sanders • Pianowski, LLP as an associate attorney in October of 2023. Mitchell graduated from Purdue University in 2018 with Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Management and Marketing. After graduating from Purdue University, Mitchell worked in various roles in agriculture before returning to graduate school where he earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Toledo College of Law in May of 2023.

While in law school, Mitchell spent his first summer clerking for a boutique civil litigation firm in Indianapolis, Indiana, which focused its practice on agriculture-related litigation and administrative law. Thereafter, Mitchell returned home to Elkhart County to clerk for the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney for Elkhart County.

Mitchell is licensed to practice in the state of Indiana and is currently a member of the Indiana Bar Association and the Elkhart City Bar Association. Mitchell’s practice consists of all aspects of general civil litigation.

As a graduate of Northridge High School, Mitchell is glad to be back in Elkhart county and excited to start his career at  Sanders • Pianowski LLP.
